2. General

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website and our services. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (contract/enquiry) and (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by: [à venir]. When you visit the website, the server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is required for the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short period. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Cookies

The public website uses no cookies and no third-party analytics or tracking tools. Only the password-protected administration area sets a technically necessary session cookie, which is deleted when the browser is closed.

5. Fonts

All fonts and icons are loaded locally from our server. No connection is made to servers of Google or other providers.

6. Contacting us

If you contact us by phone or email, we process your details (e.g. name, contact details, travel dates) to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Google Maps

Our website can display a map from Google Maps, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map is only loaded after you click “Load map”. Only then is data (in particular your IP address) transmitted to Google, possibly also to the USA. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time for the future by reloading the page. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 8. External links (Booking.com, Airbnb, Facebook and others)

We link to our listings on Booking.com and Airbnb, to our Facebook page and to other useful websites (e.g. tourist information). These are plain links; no data is transmitted to these providers when you visit our website. Only when you click a link do the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.

9. Visitor statistics (without cookies)

To understand how our website is used, we keep our own anonymous statistics on our server. We record: page viewed, selected language, browser language, referring site (e.g. “Google”), device type (smartphone/computer), time, and clicks on phone, email, map, Booking.com, Airbnb and Facebook. No cookies are set and no IP addresses are stored. To count unique visitors, a check value (hash) is created from the IP address and browser identifier using a random key that changes daily; the key is discarded after one day, so no conclusions can be drawn about individuals. The data is not shared with third parties and is deleted after 25 months at the latest. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

10. Reviews

If you submit a review, we store the details you enter (name, country, month of stay, stars, text) and the time of submission. Name, country and review are published on this website after moderation. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us; the review will then be deleted. To prevent abuse, the anonymous daily check value described above is stored.

11. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent given at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence.
